Blake M. Elyea, CGA, CIRP, Trustee in Bankruptcy

Blake M. Elyea is a Senior Vice-President of E. Sands & Associates, a Trustee in Bankruptcy, a member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals and a Certified General Accountant. Blake has over 11 years of experience practicing exclusively in the consumer and corporate insolvency and restructuring areas, including nine years with a National Professional Services and Chartered Accountancy Firm.

Blake has been involved in a wide range of insolvency and restructuring engagements including: interim receiver, court and instrument appointed receiver, agent, Monitor under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, and advisor to lenders, corporate debtors and other stakeholders with respect to financial and viability assessments, security reviews and financial investigations.

Located in our Vancouver and Burnaby offices, Blake focuses on both consumer and corporate insolvency and restructuring proceedings.

Tracey Lowe, B.A., CIRP, Trustee in Bankruptcy

Tracey Lowe is a Trustee in Bankruptcy and a member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals. Tracey has over 20 years of experience practicing exclusively in the consumer insolvency and restructuring areas. Located in our Vancouver office, Tracey’s primary focus is the administration of consumer bankruptcies and proposals to creditors to assist individuals in resolving their financial difficulties.

Sandra C. Soroka, Estate Manager

Sandra Soroka is an Insolvency Estate Manager and Qualified Insolvency Counsellor with over 20 years of experience. Located in our Vancouver, Tri-Cities (Port Coquitlam) and Maple Ridge offices, Sandra’s primary focus is the administration of personal bankruptcies and consumer proposals to creditors to assist individuals in resolving their financial difficulties. Sandra’s previous experience includes more than 20 years with global professional services firms.

Cindy Wallas, Estate Manager

Cindy Wallas is an Insolvency Estate Manager and Qualified Insolvency Counsellor with over 12 years of experience. Located in our Vancouver office, Cindy’s primary focus is the administration of personal bankruptcies and consumer proposals to creditors to assist individuals in resolving their financial difficulties.

Alana Orrell, BA, CA, Estate Manager

Alana Orrell is an Insolvency Estate Manager who joined E. Sands & Associates Inc. in June 2011. Serving clients in our Langley, Surrey and Vancouver offices, Alana’s primary focus is the administration of personal and corporate bankruptcies and consumer proposals to creditors to assist clients in resolving their financial difficulties.  Alana’s previous experience includes over 11 years of public practice in the field of accounting and auditing, working with small to medium sized businesses and non-profit organizations.  An active volunteer in the community, Alana is a member of Rotary and is also serving her 5^th year as Treasurer for a non-profit organization.
