My experience with Sands was so calming. I was a nervous and embarrassed wreck when I finally made the call. I felt so hopeless and ashamed. Seen an ad on TV and wrote the number down. Still took me awhile to make the call, but I am so glad I did. I had no way out and the shame I would bring on my family was the last straw. Julie was so calming and helpful. My experience with Sands & Associates was easy and hassle free right from the beginning. I had run into problems with debts being owed and I was over limit on my credit card. I first tried my bank to see about a consolidation loan but that didn't work out. So I decided too try Sands & Associates after hearing so many good reviews about them. I phoned and was connected with a representative, who was very helpful with explaining what Sands and Associates do. After explaining my problems, I was told what documents to bring in to my next appointment. I would be hearing from another representative who would be dealing with my case. At no time were there any questions about "How did you get in so much debt or you should be more careful your money or condescending remarks". I next received a call from John and we decided on a time for me to come in. John was very easy to talk to, like talking to a good friend. He asked some questions, listened to what I had to say, and then we decided on the best course of action, which was a Consumer Proposal. John went over everything that was going to happen, what I had to do, and what, if any, extra documents he needed. He then figured out what I was going to have to pay in monthly installments, which I was very happy with, and what the creditors will be getting. All this was done in one appointment. The next appointment was for the signing of the documents, which was done electronically and was very quick. The whole experience with Sands & Associates was stress free and done in a very easy going atmosphere, and I was very happy with how everything was done.

I found in my experience with Sands that they were empathetic, kind, and very knowledgeable. There was never any judgement and they were clear in the requirements and were honest with advising me what the best option is.

Best move I've ever made. I completed a consumer proposal with John at Sands and associates and was easy and straight forward to complete. If you have debt, don't wait for things to get worse, talk to someone at Sands and associates.
