Kelly Chow, B.Sc., CIRP, Trustee in Bankruptcy

Kelly Chow is a Senior Vice-President of E. Sands & Associates, a Trustee in Bankruptcy and a member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals. Kelly has over 25 years of experience practicing exclusively in the consumer and corporate insolvency and restructuring areas including 10 years with three National Professional Services and Chartered Accountancy Firms and nine years as a sole practitioner.

Kelly has been involved in a wide range of insolvency and restructuring engagements including, instrument appointed receiver, advisor to lenders, corporate debtors and other stakeholders with respect to financial and viability assessments, security reviews and financial investigations. Kelly has also developed expertise in First Nations Financial Management.

Located in our Abbotsford, White Rock, and Chilliwack offices, Kelly focuses on both consumer and corporate insolvency and restructuring proceedings and First Nations Financial Management and Consulting.

Terry Sharp, Estate Manager

Terry Sharp is an Insolvency Estate Manager and Qualified Insolvency Counsellor with over 10 years of experience. Located in our Abbotsford and Chilliwack offices, Terry’s primary focus is the administration of personal bankruptcies and consumer proposals to creditors to assist individuals in resolving their financial difficulties. Terry’s previous experience includes 25 years with a major Canadian bank.

Karen Wright, Estate Manager

Karen Wright is an Insolvency Estate Manager and Qualified Insolvency Counsellor with over 21 years of experience. Located in our Abbotsford office, Karen’s primary focus is the administration of personal bankruptcies and consumer proposals to creditors to assist individuals in resolving their financial difficulties.
